This role combines marketing expertise with training experience to ensure that internal teams and external stakeholders are well-prepared to represent and advocate for our innovative solutions in the foot and ankle space. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to develop training content that supports product launches, increases market adoption, and drives customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
- Design, develop, and execute training programs and resources for the Foot & Ankle product portfolio, targeting both internal sales teams and external healthcare professionals.
- Create engaging, product-specific content that enhances the understanding and effective use of our solutions.
- Develop a blended learning approach, including in-person, virtual, and digital training formats.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and clinical teams to gather content and develop learning materials.
- Design interactive and innovative training materials, such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
- Ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations for internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment on Foot & Ankle product messaging.
- Train and support sales representatives, offering on-demand resources and coaching as needed.
- Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness, knowledge retention, and engagement.
- Track and report on training program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to sales representatives to ensure continuous development and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with marketing, product management, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on training content and strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory affairs to stay updated on product changes, compliance, and new technologies in the Foot & Ankle sector.
- Reporting to the Global Training Manager, working closely to understand training needs, set goals, and establish success metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, sales training, or product training, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven expertise in instructional design, content creation, and program management.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with a track record of delivering engaging training sessions.
- Knowledge of foot and ankle product lines required. Knowledge of the Spine Market Place is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) certification a plus
