Hoist & Crane Service Technician Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and the inspect overhead hoists and cranes.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, conduct regular inspections, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of hoisting and lifting equipment.
- While demonstrating problem-solving and critical thinking skills, troubleshoot and repair hoist and crane motor controls, gear cases, ETC, in a timely manner, with minimal assistance.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and in a team environment.
- Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Maintain a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

Hoist & Crane Service Technician Requirements:
- Ability to work at heights exceeding 60 feet.
- Two or more years of experience in repairing and/or inspecting overhead hoists and cranes OR Two or more years of electrical maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of motor controls, three-phase power systems, and single-phase power systems.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and multimeters and the ability to interpret electrical schematics.
