This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity designed for individuals with a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture who are eager to take ownership of projects from concept through construction. No prior professional project management experience is required-professional training is provided.

Manage assigned design projects from early planning through construction completion
Understand and define project goals and scope using historical data and client input
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, administrative staff, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in meetings and client presentations, supported by senior team members
Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery in line with budgets and schedules
Coordinate with city permit reviewers and other external stakeholders, as needed
Contribute to internal initiatives within the Design Management Division
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (required)
1 4 years of experience in engineering, construction, or related industries
Must be local to California and available to work full-time in Irvine, CA (onsite only)
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Leadership traits through academic, professional, or extracurricular experience
EIT/FE certification
Familiarity with AutoCAD (2D)
Basic knowledge of structural design, especially seismic, concrete, or steel design
Internship, academic, or work experience in a related field is a plus
