We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our finance team. You will support the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), focusing on processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate accounting records.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our finance team. You will support the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), focusing on processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate accounting records.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
- Reconcile customer balances and resolve discrepancies
- Process necessary adjustments and send supporting documents to customers
- Maintain and update sales tax exemption certificates
- Be a backup on customer payment application
- Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Code and enter invoices into ERP System (Microsoft D365).
- Work with procurement to resolve discrepancies.
- Be a backup on AP payment processing
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and/or payable.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
