This is a paid internship and there is Immediate 401k eligibility Summary : As a Mechanical Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in the design, development and documentation of components for our advanced vacuum equipment. This internship provides hands-on experience, allowing you to collaborate with highly skilled professionals and tackle real-world challenges. You'll have the opportunity to enhance, broaden, and polish your professional skills and knowledge! Key Job Elements : Develop 2D and 3D drawings and models for use on the KJLC website Create manufacturing drawings for components and assemblies Generate bills of material using the corporate ERP system Perform general office clerical duties Undertake additional tasks as assigned Qualifications : Required Currently completing the 2nd or 3rd year of a Mechanical Engineering degree Proficiency with a 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) package Prior work experience Preferred Familiarity with milling and lathe manufacturing operations Experience with Solid Edge or SolidWorks design packages The Kurt J.
