RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships by providing outstanding service with each interaction.
- Eagerly assist with customer inquiries creating an exceptional experience such that they would want to recommend us.
- Identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services and set appointments.
- Reaching out to potential new customers to offer our services and develop leads
- Assist with customer appreciation programs to enhance customer retention.
- Specific activities include responding to inquiries about insurance availability and eligibility, coverages and policy changes; claim submission and billing clarifications; and assisting with transfers from other State Farm agencies upon relocation to our area.
- Work closely with other team members within the Customer Service and Sales Team to ensure we are creating an exceptional experience for our customers and potential customers.
- Coordinate with other team members, business partners to facilitate communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to initiate and generate conversations with potential customers to share the services we offer to broaden our impact in the community.
- A genuine desire to help people and willingness to proactively communicate effectively with customers, peers and community partners.
- Strong work ethic

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and listen to customers in order to offer solutions specific to their situation.
- Must get Illinois insurance producer license in Property/Casualty Insurance and preferably Life and Health Insurance in order to assist customers with product solutions for their changing needs. (NOTE: We will guide you through the process and fees are reimbursable after six months of service.)
