RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including home, auto, life and health insurance and financial services.
- Develop leads, identify customer needs, schedule and conduct appointments and market appropriate products to meet the customers' needs.
- Assist customers with policy applications and educate customers on different products to meet their changing needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions offered
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Must secure Illinois Insurance Producer licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Possess a willingness to initiate contact and generate business opportunities through conversation and building relationships
- Must partner with State Farm Agency Support Staff and other team members to best serve all our customers
- Complete basic insurance training to enable you to handle customer requests, coverage changes, take payments and assist with claim filing-if needed.
