CNC Operator I - 1st Shift

Kurt Manufacturing is seeking two CNC Operator I's to join our team at our Die Cast Division in Fridley, MN.  The CNC Operator I is responsible for operating and adjusting semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations where programs are provided, and setups are often made and maintained by others.   Shift:  1st Shift:  5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday   Compensation:   The anticipated starting pay rate for this position is $19.67 to $25.50. The exact salary may be based on a combination of factors including the knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.   Essential Functions Adjusts and operates semi-automatic CNC machines with minimum supervision Spot-checks succeeding pieces for conformance to specifications, using micrometers and precision dial gauges.   Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
