Quality Manager - Lyman NE

Job Summary The Quality Manager plans, coordinates and directs the quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.   Essential Functions Data Analysis and Standards Development: Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine current standards and set future quality and reliability expectations. Quality Control Objectives: Formulating and maintaining quality control goals and coordinating those goals with production procedures to enhance product reliability and reduce costs. Inspection and Testing Oversight: Directing department employees to ensure inspections and testing in continuous quality control over materials, facilities, and products.
