Customer Service Representative
Kurt Workholding is a leading manufacturer of workholding products for the machining industry, with over 60 years of experience in providing quality and reliability.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of related experience, excellent communication skills, and be able to respond to customer requests or concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
Essential Functions
- Respond to inbound customer requests, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships through verbal and written customer communication.
- Prepare reports as directed, including service logs, open work orders, maintenance agreements, warranty work, billings, etc.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of orders to both customers and technicians.
- Create, maintain and update required databases and customer files while ensuring data is accurate and current.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as completing and filing required documents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year degree or higher
- 6 years of related experience
