Lookout Ford located in the beautiful Crystal Coast is recruiting an experienced, growth-oriented Sales Manager. The Sales Manager is responsible for the department’s success by effectively managing the staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with Ford, eLead, and vAuto experience.
Responsibilities and requirements:
· Ensure sales personnel are motivated, well trained, and professional
· Manage the sales and delivery process and track through our CRM
· Use appropriate procedures for appraising vehicles
· Assist the sales floor in closing deals
· Ability to lead and be a team player
· Knowledge of sourcing vehicles and inventory turns
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years Automotive experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Confident negotiation and presentation skills
· Professional Appearance
· Valid U. S. Driver's license
· Must be willing to submit to background check and drug screen
