We are currently expanding our service and parts operations and are under construction of an additional 10 bays. We are adding additional teammates to help us keep up with the demand. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position can surpass $100,000.00 annually depending upon experience and motivation level and your time management skills, payroll cycles are semi-monthly. Will consider a relocation stipend for the right individual with verifiable references and experience. As a flat rate technician, you have the potential to increase your earnings through a tiered commission structure based on the number and quality of services performed. In addition, our team members receive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of automotive services including diagnosis and repairs for gasoline and diesel vehicles, routine maintenance, and vehicle inspections
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to efficiently identify and resolve issues
- Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain recommended services and provide price estimates
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new technology and techniques in the automotive industry
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an automotive diesel technician preferred
- General ASE certification or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must have own tools
