PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work in the interesting and complex world of corporate restructuring and learn from one of the top administrative-support providers in the country. We are currently looking for bright and ambitious individuals to fill the position of RSS Production Consultant. The individual in this role will provide support to the Corporate Restructuring department. This position plays a valuable role by overseeing Verita’s daily production mailings from start to finish. The RSS Production Consultant will review the mailing request submitted by the case team, format the documents and data files, then reviews and approves samples for print. This position is scheduled for a 12:00pm to 8:30pm shift. (Pacific Time)
› Oversee daily Verita mailings
› Coordinate and establish deadlines with various print facilities and case teams.
› Coordinate fulfillment of print projects with appropriate facility.
› Format documents and data files.
› Review and ensure accuracy of document proofs.
› Ensure accuracy on daily tracking logs.
› Ensure accurate data entry.
› Review and capture mailing metrics in proprietary system for accurate billing
› Work with case teams to create, format and merge variable data projects for customized notices
› Create artwork and files for USB duplication
› Assist with special projects.
› Other duties as assigned.

› High School diploma with some college coursework.
› 1-2 years professional experience in printing or mail room setting.
› Intermediate level knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and MS Office Suite.
› General knowledge of mail services.
› Ability to operate Desktop and Laptop.
Preferred Qualifications
› Bachelor or Associates degree or 2-3 years of previous experience with Direct Mail Campaigns.
› Experience with Variable Data/Merging Application is preferred, but not required.
› USPS MQC Certification is preferred but not required.
