Position Summary :

The Mental Health Therapist is an exempt position that is responsible for providing clinical consultation, crisis intervention, clinical interventions, and case management services for Tribal WrapAround clients who have been identified as being high risk for homelessness or is currently homeless. The position responds to crisis intervention by assisting the Team in de-escalating crisis and assessing such crisis for potential hospitalization. Provides clinical consultation to care coordinators under the program. Assist the leadership with establishing and maintaining licensure and accreditation for behavioral health services / clinic. This position requires licensure as a MSW Clinical Social Worker with the ability to bill out for services.

LCSW - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)

• The LCSW conducts comprehensive mental health and co-occurring disorder assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed.
• Develop and implement safety plans to support clients in the least restrictive settings.
• Coordinate with care teams to ensure integrated treatment planning.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with program and state guidelines.
• The LCSW works with schools, medical facilities, and social service agencies to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Assist in maintaining program licensure and accreditation.
• Submit reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on continuing education to maintain licensure and professional growth.
• The LCSW provides clinical consultation to care coordinators and direct service providers.
