- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication, proactive account management, and exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Track sales activity, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report on performance metrics against established targets.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team, customer service, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements within the packaging and printing sectors.
- Travel as needed within the assigned territory (40-50%)
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the printing/packaging industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in foil stamping/embossing.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- CRM Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
