- Technical skills : Possess basic computer skills to operate production related software and maintain digital records.
- Continuous improvement : Maintain a process optimization mindset.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in a Quality Control position, or an equivalent mix of education and experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
- Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Familiarity with SAP / Microsoft Office.
