Prestigious law firm is looking for an enthusiastic in office file clerk to join our team.
Duties include administrative tasks such as answering emails and phone calls, mailings, contacting clients and scheduling, maintaining client files, inputting information in database management system and working closely and providing support to our attorneys.
Applicants should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task, have strong organizational skills and be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Word/Excel and Foxit. Prior legal experience is not required but candidates should be able to work with a team.
Salary commensurate with experience.
