LPN - Specialty Care - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)
- The LPN delivers care to patients with diverse injuries and illnesses specific to the specialty clinic.
- Perform comprehensive professional nursing duties, including assessment, treatment, and patient education by the direction of the registered nurse.
- Ensure timely follow-up for lab tests, imaging results, and specialty appointments.
- Shall provide counseling and education to patients and families, promoting self-care and improved health outcomes.
- Assist with clinic-specific procedures, including minor surgeries, wound care, orthopedic procedures, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
