What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cannabis Delivery Driver position at KUSHAGRAM?
Kushagram is looking for motivated and passionate full or part-time delivery drivers to join the team at our Hollywood location! This position is ideal for applicants who love driving and customer interactions in a high volume environment!
- MUST USE OWN VEHICLE W/ DAILY MILEAGE REIMBURSMENT of .65C per mile
- Average of $4 in tips per order
- Spiff compensation for 25 orders daily
- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND INSURANCE
- Fulfill and deliver 25 orders in each shift
- Use work app on company phone to process orders
- Proficiency using point-of-sale systems and business communication applications
- Offer EXCELLENT customer service upon each delivery
- Maintain an average delivery time of 45 minutes or less at all times
- Work in an organized and efficient manner while on shift
- Keep positive and integrity driven culture with team
- Manage cash drawer and have accurate deposits at end of shift
- Have accurate order fulfillment and no inventory discrepancies
- Follow all rules of the road while driving and doing deliveries
- Stay focused at all times during shift to avoid incidents
- Check ID, Take Signatures & follow other required compliance duties
