About the Role:
As a Talent Partner (contract) with Kustomer’s Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with our Go-To-Market and G&A teams to build an amazing company full of the best people in the business. You will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel candidate pipeline development for critical roles and own some roles on a full-cycle basis.

This role is a 3 Month 1099 contract and may be working onsite in a NYC location a few days per week. We do not partner with external recruitment agencies.

Your qualifications:
- 3-6 years track record of delivering metrics-based success in a data-driven talent acquisition function, preferably in a Series A/B/C stage SAAS company
- Demonstrated ability to source diverse talent pools and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Strong influencing skills with hiring teams to maintain consistency and mitigate bias in selection processes
- Previous recruiting experience for a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, Product Marketers and other GTM roles at a SAAS company.
- You’re naturally curious, ask questions and you don’t shy away from challenges
- Deep expertise in one or more applicant tracking systems - experience with Ashby a plus
- Experience organizing and executing a passive candidate sourcing plan with higher-than-industry average response rates
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox, other sourcing tools
- Expert knowledge of Google Office
- Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
- Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates
- Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with internal clients to develop and iterate best-in-class profiles to reflect the talent needs of the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strong preference for talent based in New York Metropolitan Area
