JOB SUMMARY
Kutak Rock LLP seeks an entry-level associate to join the firm’s national Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights practice group in its Richmond office. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated interest in representing corporate debtors, lenders, other creditors and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and representing financial institutions, other business entities and individuals in state and federal court on matters related to creditors’ rights, business litigation, lender liability, FDCPA, TILA, SCRA and related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school in the United States required
- Excellent academic record
- Currently admitted to practice in Virginia with an active bar license in good standing or ability to be admitted within one year of hire
