JOB SUMMARY
Kutak Rock LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join the Tax Credits department in the firm's Omaha office. Associates in the Tax Credits department work on a variety of transactional matters, including tax and real estate matters. Ideal candidates will have an interest in a transactional practice covering deals across the country involving partnership law, corporate law, tax, real estate, and finance, as well as drafting and reviewing complex financial agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and Abilities

- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both orally and in writing

- Ability to apply critical thinking and possess a high attention to detail
- Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff
- Self-motivated the ability to work with a sense of urgency effectively while meeting strict deadlines
- Commitment to achieving the goals of Firm clients
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from a fully accredited U.S. law school
- Excellent academic record preferred
- May be currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing OR be able to obtain Nebraska bar license within one year
