Role
- Build the interfaces with feeds with SaaS solution (Vendor hosted/Cloud Based) built for self Service and Central Intake capabilities
- design & integrate the platform with UBS systems using REST, File and Messaging based interfaces
- work closely with the tech lead & Program manager to understand the requirement create
- manage newly stood up SaaS solution (LegalHUb) working very closely with vendor
- design & conduct Non-functional testing
- define failover / BCM
You’ll be working with the GGC and Legal Technology Teams who are responsible for delivery of programs globally for the GGC business.
Expertise
- bachelor's degree Computer Science / engineering
- ideally 8 years of experience in Development, Integration on cloud platform along with IT security know-how
- knowledge of SaaS Platforms with a good understanding of technologies such as Jira, Remedy preferred.
- deep understanding of integration standards and transports
- strong understanding of industry integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
- build consuming APIs and writing/reading technical documentation
- experience with integrating REST and SOAP APIs, SFTP, and other SaaS protocols. Along with Web Service solutions
- ServiceNow experience required. ITIL certification a plus.
- basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries.
- ability to be self-sufficient, working directly with customers to troubleshoot and solve issues.
- must be comfortable presenting technical content to customer audiences
