Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls along with booking appointments.
- Checking dogs in and out.
- Maintaining shop cleanliness and sanitation protocol.
Qualifications
- Must love dogs!
- Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
- Ability to multi task in a fast, paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Open Availability
- The ability to properly clean and maintain a sanitation protocol.
