What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Nursery Team Member position at Kuwahara Wholesale?
Welcome to the farm! We are a local family owned nursery business located in Sandy and in Draper.
We are looking for 4-5 Plant Nursery Team Members to come help our sales team.
Job begins beginning of April, so if you need a job sooner, please do not apply. Hours at the beginning will start shorter most likely 11-5, and as the weather warms up will open will get longer hours will start earlier and end at 7pm.
You will:
Learn about plants and how they grow
Help customers find product
Ring up customers when they are ready to check out, counting back change, taking payments
Clean up store front and keep it stocked
Help Consolidate plants as they are sold

Our hours we are open is 8:30am- 7pm. Morning and evening shifts available.
At the beginning we will have "early spring hours" and then as it warms up we will move to regular season hours listed above.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
