Cold Stone Creamery Manager

We are looking to hire a full time manager for the Cold Stone Creamery located in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Pay starting at $21 with raises possible based on performance. Job includes tips, average tips are another $3-$4 an hour on top of base pay!

Job responsibilities

· Offering top-notch customer service in a fun and fast-paced Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment

· Hiring, managing and mentoring employees and weekly schedules

· Executing daily cash control procedures

· Make fresh Ice cream, cakes, cupcakes, cookie sandwiches, waffles etc

· Ordering/receiving product and supplies

· Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product

· Maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and organized store
