We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Electrical Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Using a high degree of independent judgment, is responsible for the safe repair and maintenance of a variety of complex equipment, tools, and diagnostic equipment.

We are looking to fill candidates for the Austin, TX Dallas, TX and Houston, TX areas. Require Technician to live within 50 miles within this area for Field Service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety practices and procedures
- Maintain positive customer relations through professional interactions with customers and their employees
- When necessary and without supervision, accurately order parts using reference material provided or the internet, including communication with all necessary suppliers
- Maintain paperwork documentation of all work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner
- Follow ours and customers standard operating practices
- Always communicate with your Service Manager when information seems lacking or you have any questions or concerns
- Maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner, ensure the vehicle is always properly maintained
- Full time positions, with on call aspect
Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Excellent verbal and written. Bi-Lingual a plus
- HS Diploma (trade school training preferred)
- Field service and maintenance experience with a good Electrical background experience
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, air controlled and CNC controlled
- Advanced understanding of air and electrical schematics and diagrams
- Ability to spend 90% of their time traveling, including the ability to work flexible shifts, some weekends, and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
- Advanced Time Management skills
- Problem solving/decision making skills
