As a Family Preservation Counselor, you will work directly with families to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions to promote healthy relationships and family functioning.
In this position, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify family needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to address specific family challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $64,000 per year, plus benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, and paid time off.
