Position Summary :
Become an integral part of our mission-driven team at Children’s Mercy-Camber Olathe Hospital as the Director of Nursing (DON). Starting no sooner than July 1, 2024 , you'll lead nursing efforts in our upcoming hospital opening in December 2024. As the highest level of local nursing leadership, you will ensure quality care delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with KVC's mission. Your role includes serving as a liaison between site leadership and nursing staff, participating in administrative meetings, overseeing nursing education / training, and maintaining clinical excellence.
