What We’re Looking For:
2 years of Epic support experience in a healthcare setting.
Epic Certification preferred in modules such as Ambulatory, Inpatient, Resolute, or Cadence.
Proficiency with Epic tools, including Hyperspace, Chronicles, and Reporting Workbench.
Experience with system configuration, implementation, and support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate internal/external technology resources.
What You’ll Do:
Configure, build, test, and deploy Epic/EHR applications to meet business and clinical needs.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training for Epic applications.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Crystal Reports, Power BI, and Cognos.
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations.
Ensure compliance with data integrity and security standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
