What You’ll Do:
- Guide new hires through the onboarding process, from offer acceptance to orientation.
- Verify and process confidential compliance documents, including background checks and I-9 forms.
- Keep hiring managers informed on new hire progress and completion status.
- Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring all new employees feel supported and connected.
- Assist with HR compliance audits, reports, and employment verifications.
- Maintain accurate records in ADP and ensure compliance with licensing agencies.
What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Preferred: Experience in human resources or child welfare is a plus.
- Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
