What You Bring:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED with relevant behavioral health exposure
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in project coordination or software system support
- Familiarity with behavioral healthcare or similar industries is a plus
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of computer information systems and project management principles
- Analytical mindset to identify challenges and create solutions
- Excellent people skills to manage change effectively
- Business acumen with insight into clinical and operational workflows
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Certification/Licensure:
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- Must be at least 21 years old
What You’ll Do:
- Manage multiple projects remotely, ensuring alignment between business and technology strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Assist leadership in developing and implementing PMO strategies
- Support multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards
