- Implement and optimize marketing campaigns to align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, track deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Analyze resource allocation and project volume to improve efficiency.
- Proactively identify and solve operational bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Trello for project management.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Exceptional time-management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed for marketing initiatives.
- Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma.
