KVC Missouri Residential Treatment Facility
Location: Springfield, MO
Job Summary
Ensures that residential programs operate consistently and efficiently through clear communication, sound decision making and achieving operational goals.
Major Duties
- Supports the residential and human resources teams to coordinate recruitment efforts by setting up interviews and ensuring recruitment paperwork is complete timely and accurately.
- Tracks and reports manpower usage and staffing compliance indicators.
- Handles daily census logs such as updating census logs and distribution, inputting information into electronic health records, and end of month review and audit of daily census
- Tracks training compliance and certification for site employees
- Supports residential teams to achieve the highest quality of care for all residential clients and their families.
- As a member of operations team, ensures programs follow all Joint Commission standards, Missouri statutes and regulations, agency policies and procedures, and data tracking and reporting for grant funding.
- Plans and directs daily data reporting meeting.
- Ensures compliance reports and documentation is completed in a timely and thorough manner.
- Supports collecting, tracking, & reviewing of relevant performance data
- Inputting client medical records and necessary documentation into EHR
- Perform EHR audit for clients at discharge and remove client from residential program
- Assist with admission process and ensure client is supported through transitions to the cottage, unit, etc.
- Provides administrative and organizational support to the residential leadership teams.
- Will step in to back up operations staff as needed to ensure programs continue to run in their absence. Travels to identified residential campuses in person to support operations as assigned.
- Provide support to cottage milieu with crisis interventions, staffing, programming activities, etc. as necessary.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate Degree or 2 or more years of college required. Years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

- Microsoft Office Suite experience and excellent communication skills in the English language

- Current, valid driver's license and meet KVC’s requirement for driver’s insurance

- Demonstrated experience with project management
- Working in different fast paced settings
- Experience in a non-profit or residential treatment environment
- Experience interfacing with consumers in a treatment environment using a trauma informed lens
