Position Summary :
Ensures quality software products are deployed to enhance the work and mission of KVC by testing system requirement compliance, detection of software bugs, and end user training / support. Work as a team with Enterprise Systems Management team members and business leaders to add value through technology, continued learning, agility, and curiosity.

Hybrid; as needed
Education :
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience :
0 – 2 years of related experience.
Some familiarity with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies
Preferred Experience / Skills :
Requires intermediate computer skills in typing / keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email.
Understanding of the administration of enterprise level software systems.
Understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
Requires intermediate experience with ticketing software to include customer service experience.
Certification / Licensure :
At least 21 years old
Valid Drivers License
Valid Auto Insurance
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
Test software products to ensure software meets established quality standards
Serve as primary client contact regarding incoming support requests.
Manage and resolve incoming customer support requests that may consist of application questions or problems in the areas of product functionality, troubleshooting, and bugs / enhancements.
Escalate support requests to internal teams as required. Follow through to obtain status updates.
Facilitate issue resolution by being a liaison between our customers and internal teams.
Communicate status of support requests in a timely manner to our customers and internal parties as needed
Document issues promptly and accurately.
Keep up to date on the latest technology around our integrated products.
Continue to increase individual skills which aid in the support of our products.
Participate in knowledge sharing and problem solving with fellow team members.
Prepares process and procedure documentation, as needed, and participates in periodic process and procedure reviews to ensure that materials are regularly updated.
Prepares data to test logic, error handling, and system workflows
Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects
Verifies fixes / patches
Documents testing / resolutions according to required procedures
Conducts System Training
