Treasury Analyst

Position Summary:

• The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the financial activities of KVC.

Schedule:

• Position is hybrid after all training is complete!

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university

Experience:

• 2 years minimum accounting experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certification/Licensure:

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Auto Insurance

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Requires intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Power BI, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
• Experience with accounting software systems and data management systems
• Exceptional analytical and data manipulation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and decision making

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages and analyzes the daily financial activity for all KVC entities
• Prepares cash flow forecasts and monthly financial forecasts
• Manages the details of all accounts receivable and knows cash receipt timing
• Manages daily line of credit balances
• Develops cash management and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensures the organization is in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Manages budget in accordance with the organization’s financial objectives
• Oversees the procurement policy
