Position Summary :
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the financial activities of KVC.
Schedule :
Position is hybrid after all training is complete!
Education :
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
Experience :
2 years minimum accounting experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certification / Licensure :
At least 21 years old
Valid Drivers License
Valid Auto Insurance
Preferred Experience / Skills :
Requires intermediate computer skills in typing / keyboarding, Power BI, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
Experience with accounting software systems and data management systems
Exceptional analytical and data manipulation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and decision making
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
Manages and analyzes the daily financial activity for all KVC entities
Prepares cash flow forecasts and monthly financial forecasts
Manages the details of all accounts receivable and knows cash receipt timing
Manages daily line of credit balances
Develops cash management and risk mitigation strategies
Ensures the organization is in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Manages budget in accordance with the organization’s financial objectives
Oversees the procurement policy
