Position Summary:
- The Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the financial activities of KVC.
Schedule:
- Position is hybrid after all training is complete!
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
Experience:
- 2 years minimum accounting experience in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certification/Licensure:
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Drivers License
- Valid Auto Insurance
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Requires intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Power BI, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
- Experience with accounting software systems and data management systems
- Exceptional analytical and data manipulation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and decision making
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages and analyzes the daily financial activity for all KVC entities
- Prepares cash flow forecasts and monthly financial forecasts
- Manages the details of all accounts receivable and knows cash receipt timing
- Manages daily line of credit balances
- Develops cash management and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensures the organization is in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Manages budget in accordance with the organization’s financial objectives
- Oversees the procurement policy
