Location: Webster Groves, MO - Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday with one late night per week*
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
Job Summary
- The Foster Care Case Aide offers supportive supervision to both children and their families, emphasizing the development of nurturing parenting techniques during visits.
- They take charge of transportation logistics for visits, foster care transitions, and appointments, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
- Their goal is to cultivate a positive environment for parenting and child growth, fostering stronger family bonds and reducing the risk of any harm to the child.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old to apply.
- Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance.
