DD Behavioral Health Clinician - Omaha, NE Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities? KVC is seeking a Developmental Disabilities (DD) Behavioral Health Clinician to play a key role in providing behavioral analysis, assessments, and support plans for individuals receiving services through the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver . - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) and Safety Plans .
- Provide behavioral consultation and oversight, ensuring comprehensive care and support.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including caregivers, case professionals, and Shared Living Specialists, to implement effective behavioral interventions.
- Attend Individual Service Plan (ISP) meetings and provide recommendations for ongoing behavioral support.
- Maintain 25 billable hours per week , ensuring timely assessments, documentation and reporting.
- Travel as needed within the Omaha and Lincoln areas , with occasional statewide travel.
- LIMHP (Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner) certification.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in Developmental Disabilities, Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice, or Mental Health Treatment (preferred).
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook , and experience with state-mandated Therapy database (preferred).
- A team player with a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and ethical standards .
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
