What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Support Worker/Driver position at KVC Kansas Health System?
Position Summary:
- Provide transportation services for contract children requiring transports during work and after hours. In addition, this position supports Case Managers in their day-to-day responsibilities. Hours are - 6:00am - 2:30pm.
Location:
- Kansas
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email.
Licensure/Certification:
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Auto Insurance
- At least 21 years old
Essential Duties:
Job Summary:
- Ensure the safety, security, and timely transport of children.
- Monitor and document children's behavior and activities.
- Transfer materials and deliver court discs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and required documentation.
- Support Case Managers and assist with fleet car maintenance and scheduling.
- Attend meetings, complete required training, and adhere to confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
- Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
