About the Role
As the Nursing Services Manager, you will supervise and guide the nursing team, ensuring the highest standard of care for the immediate, routine, and emergency medical needs of our clients. Your leadership will directly contribute to the success of our trauma-informed, therapeutic environment, helping children heal and thrive.

You are a compassionate leader with a passion for nursing and a strong commitment to quality care. You thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments and are skilled at mentoring and developing nursing teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Degree in Nursing
- Licensure: LPN in Missouri required (RN preferred)
- Experience: Three to five years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in residential treatment, mental health, or trauma-informed care
Leadership and Key Skills
- Experience leading teams in healthcare settings
- Strong communication, organization, and crisis management skills
- Ability to train, supervise, and support nursing staff
- Proficiency in documentation, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic medical records
- Independent decision-making and ability to manage confidential information
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements
