KVC Missouri Community Based Services - Foster Care Case ManagmentLocation : Columbia, MO & surrounding communitiesPay : $44,000-$46,000 annually (depending on education and experience)Job SummaryThe Older Youth Services Specialist provides youth in foster care with the necessary skills and guidance to successfully transition into adulthood. As part of the Chafee contract, this role involves facilitating independent living skills programs, focusing on financial literacy, career readiness, emotional well-being, and self-sufficiency. The specialist will work one-on-one with youth, conduct group sessions, and ensure that the individual needs of the youth are met while empowering them to lead independent lives.Education : Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Licensure / Certification : Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Qualifications :
