Summary
We are seeking an Administration Clerk who will support the management team in all clerical fields of the Administration Office. Work will include production schedules, cashier boxes, reports for cash received and Weekly Head Count, menus and calorie cards for three days posted. The ideal candidate will be accurate and timely in all paperwork required to maintain the Dining Facility.
Job Responsibilities
- Filing: maintain records for the Army filing regulations
- Communication: produce correspondence, outside daily menus, and production schedules
- Operations: use office equipment, answer phone calls, monitor and direct cash boxes, process and prepare government forms and expense reports, and understand the rations ordering cycle
- Cash: verify and disburse money and required banking transactions, maintaining safe content security checklist
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, with courses in general office procedures, bookkeeping and computer entry
- Three years of responsible office/clerical experience
- Skills in operating a personal computer, various printers, fax machine and other office equipment
