What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Staff position at KVL Audio Visual Services?
In office postion. Partially remote can be considered after 3-6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Accounts Receivable, Collections
- Oversee and Maintain Cash Receipts Journal
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable, Customer Deposits, Credit Cards, Bank Deposits and Wires Received
- Maintain Accounts Payable, coding vouchers, assist with check runs, reconcile to General Ledger, W-9s and 1099s
- Handle vendor calls, inquirys, Recurring Payments, Sales Taxes
- Inventory analysis and reconciliations
- Process monthly close, account analysis, journal entries and other Accounting Projects
- Support our Accounting and Operations Teams in Multiple Areas
Qualified applicants for this position will have:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 5 Years of Experience
- Knowledge of systems and software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superb attention to detail
- Experience with Sage a Plus
