Compensation:$85,000 - $176,400 yearly
Responsibilities:- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market
- Follow the team plan
- Set buyer appointments
- Lead follow up
Come to training and support classes to help excel in your career.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Real estate license is required or the motivation to get one
