Responsibilities :
Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to expand the prestigious clientele base in Santa Monica, CA, US effectively.Actively categorize and assess inbound sales inquiries to efficiently manage leads, promptly converting them into appointments through exceptional customer interactions.Ensure all lead details of current and potential clients in Santa Monica are kept up to date in an orderly database for seamless operations.Engage with prospects in Santa Monica through various communication channels like email and phone calls to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate high-quality luxury real estate leads.Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales reports in Santa Monica to demonstrate progress toward team objectives.Qualifications :
