85,500 - $184,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert guidance to individuals relocating to Santa Monica, CA, assisting them in finding their perfect home and ensuring a seamless transition process.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Santa Monica community, including neighborhoods, schools, amenities, and market trends, to offer valuable insights to clients.
• Establish and nurture relationships with relocation companies, corporations, and local businesses in Santa Monica to generate new business opportunities and receive referrals.
• Guide clients through the home buying journey in Santa Monica, starting from the initial consultation to the final closing, providing unwavering support throughout.
• Develop customized marketing strategies for Santa Monica properties, employing innovative techniques to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
