What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Finisher position at KW Construction?
Overview: Work at various job sites the South Metro region…performing general laborer tasks each day.
Tasks and Duties:
- Must be willing to assist in training of others for finishing work.
- Must be willing to assist labor when finishing work is completed/ done.
- Pour concrete into forms to ensure the concrete gets finished properly.
- Apply curing compounds and other treatments to protect and enhance concrete surfaces.
- Inspect finished concrete work to ensure it meets project requirements.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work with other trades to ensure the finished product meets project requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- Concrete forming: 1 year (Preferred)
- Concrete Finishing: 1 year (Required)
