Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee property sales from initiation to closing.
- Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout the selling process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Utilize customer service skills to build strong relationships with clients and address their concerns promptly.
- Prepare marketing materials and coordinate property showings to attract potential buyers.
- Stay informed about current real estate trends and local market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable results for clients.
- Proficient in real estate administrative tasks, including documentation and record keeping.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
