Key Responsibilities:
- Relentless lead follow-up to ensure maximum conversion rates
- Adherence to the team plan to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Lead generation through various channels to expand our sales pipeline
- Setting appointments with potential clients to discuss their real estate needs
- Closing appointments and sales to meet and exceed sales targets
- Growing into a lead buyer or listing agent to diversify our sales offerings
- Mastery of database and CRM systems to optimize lead management
- Development of effective scripts to engage with prospects and convert leads
- Follow-up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Qualifying incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Maintenance and growth of existing business opportunities within our geographical area to expand our sales region
- Tracking monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
- Updating client information in our database system to ensure accuracy and current data
Requirements:
- A valid real estate license is required

- A valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
