Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Landscape/Hardscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on work in landscaping and hardscaping, contributing to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, edging, pruning, and weed eating.
- Help in constructing retaining walls, stone and paver patios, sidewalks, outdoor kitchens, and fire-pits.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate mechanical equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, powered hand tools, and more.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping and hardscaping projects on-site.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the green industry is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is preferred and will be compensated).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
